Another "Powerhouse 80's" scent.

This fragrance comes from the "powerhouse 80's" classification of frags. that came out in the 80's(1989). This smells very similar to "Drakar Noir" which is another "powerhouse 80's" frag. The differences between the two of them are subtle to me. I think maybe "Tsar" is less intense. At any rate this group of frags.especially this one isn't for me and not to my liking. It's just too strong for my tastes.
