Watery floral

The first scent upon application is peony. Then it starts to fade into a watery floral, and finally finishes with a soft powder. Not unpleasant, but not the most heavenly floral either. I like peonies, and I wish the peony scent would last a bit longer in this. -
Expected something different

You'd think something called Sea of love would be aquatic/romantic. It does not in any way remind me of the sea. The musk is OK but its very synthetic. One day I will find something from Philosophy that doesn't turn plasticky when it hits my skin. -
