My friend's Dad used to wear this fragrance back in the 80's. I remember it being quite an elegant perfume with a splendid blend of sweetness mixed with patchouli and sandalwood. Patchouli can't go wrong as far as I'm concerned! Santos brings back so many memories for me. I wonder if her Dad still dons this fragrance.

I would say that this is Cartier's men's fragrance at it's very finest! SMOOTH!

I just received a sample of this cologne and tried it. It's smells very nice. It smells kind of sophisticated with the wood and other notes in it. It's a little strong at first. It's very interesting in that in the dry down I detected a tropical scent that smelled like Coconut. I thought "Is this for real,like does it have coconut in one of it's notes?" So I checked out another website to see what exactly it has in it for fragrance notes, and to my surprise it has Coconut as one of its base notes. So,in that, I may consider getting this for next time,but not a whole bottle but a larger atomizer sprayer sampler size to try it out more.
