  1. DATED NOW

by GRGeep on Nov 9, 2015

I was a young man when this first came out. It was quite popular at the time and I enjoyed my bottle of it for many years. Recently, I revisited it and found it to be familiar, yet a little tired now.
  2. Brings back memories.

by Jeffrey on Oct 24, 2014

I kept thinking about wanting to sample this fragrance after many years of not smelling it at all. This fragrance brings back many memories of the 80's. I remember trying this out in the stores and if my memory is correct of back when I first tried this out, that this was more stronger and had more wood notes in it.? I didn't think I liked this fragrance back then because it was so strong.! I had a room mate in college that went with me to the stores and he tried it out and over-sprayed himself to the point that I over heard negative comments from other customers in the store about how bad it smelled. He eventually bought a bottle of it and it smelled fine on him, but very strong. He may have over sprayed himself. I really like this fragrance now. It may have been re-formulated thru the years like a lot of other older or vintage fragrances. This fragrance smells similar to "Boucheron". It's kind of floral but not feminine. The floral notes along with the wood notes and other notes combine quite well with each other. I originally thought years ago that this fragrance was similar to "Perry Ellis" now known as "Perry Ellis original" that came out in 1985. Maybe why I was thinking that is because both fragrances are in the "Leather" olfactory group. Both fragrances have the leather note in them. This fragrance smells elegant and classy to be worn for special occasions more so at night, or sometimes in the day in the Fall and Winter months, and maybe sometimes in the Spring, depending on the occasion. If you havn't tried it in years since they sold it in the stores, get a sample and try it. I recommend it.!
