Luna Rossa Extreme is absolutely wonderful smelling, but is one of the lightest men's colognes I have encountered. Unfortunately, it leaves you within minutes of putting it on, literally without a trace. This would be a great cologne for anyone who likes to spray on cologne liberally, but does not want to leave a trail.

I try to avoid cliché phrases as much as possible, but this fragrance is quite literally, the greatest cologne I have smelled thus far. If anyone thought the original Luna Rossa smelled great, the Luna Rossa Extreme smells at least twice as excellent. The extreme has notes of the original, but I think it's the labdanum and the juniper, that gives this scent a extraordinarily smooth, fresh, and coherent smell. It smells very unsynthetic (I realize it's not a word) and natural, with a hint of seductive masculinity without being too heavy; it smells a bit like Ysl La Nuit De L'Homme by Yves Sint Laurent with its smoothness and seductive tone. The notes of this fragrance are very well-connected, which makes it difficult to pick out the individual notes in the first several sniffs. Instead of 6 or 7 various scents that you can pick out in many other colognes, this one smells like one unified, seductive aroma that will attract many compliments. Additionally, this cologne isn't too showy: it has moderate projection with great longevity. I cannot fathom why no one else has reviewed this masterpiece yet.
