Mostly musk
by Laurel on Jun 10, 2016
For me, La Panthère is all about musk. I get a little gardenia, and some unsweetened fruit, but mostly I get a sensual but not dirty musk.I had smelled it on a card in the store and thought "meh," but it really opens up on skin. It isn't a great perfume, in my opinion, and it is noticeably synthetic, but it's fun, and kind of sexy, and I can see it being spectacular if you have the right skin chemistry.

I think UNISEX!
by Heather on Jan 15, 2016
I'm thinking this perfume is pretty unisex:
If I don't go wild with the trigger - this frag works really well with my chemistry! Get this...for whatever reason, the rhubarb/leather slant, stands out more on me...good deal! I think this accord would work well with the gentlemen! I'll have to have my man test out for me!!!
I'm really loving wearing this scent, & it's also on my list to reorder!
Gotta try this, folks!!

Nothing memorable. Just a name?

Dry, but sophisticated
by Betsy on Jan 12, 2016
This smells more strongly of gardenia, and less sweet, than I remember from the last time I tried it on.
The musk adds a dryness which is not unpleasant, though it would be if it were any more prominent than it is.
And the oakmoss (an all time favorite note of mine) ties the whole thing together in one sophisticated package.

Nauseatingly Fruity
by Nazia on Jan 1, 2016
It's okay...it reminds me a lot of Nebras by Al-Rehab, just more sour. I don't really like the fruity tones in this type of fragrance, they make me feel a bit nauseous. It's not a bad fragrance, as it dries down it gets more tolerable. I wish I got more gardenia, instead I get a ton of rhubarb, sour dried fruit, and strawberry mixed with oakmoss. As I said, the oakmoss helps it smell nicer as it wears down, but it's still a meh for me...

Stale
by ASHLEY on Dec 21, 2015
At first, I thought this was nice, then I thought it smelled kind of stale.
