Idole D'Armani by Giorgio Armani for women

I like this sweet initial warmth that comes on first, but then there is a rather cloying melon scent that takes over. Not unpleasant, just not for me.

I wanted to call this one a oriental floral, as it is sweet and floral but there is the added complexity of different fruits as well. There is no overpowering note, and it drys down just as complex as it opens. It does not nuzzle perfectly into any one category but if you wear it, you may find yourself nuzzling in someones arms. It is perfect for someone who enjoys being noticed in a sort of shy way. Very feminine, polished, well articulated fragrance that is gorgeously put together. You must try it and use it on a spring day or out on the town doing something that brings you pleasure.

Welp, thank you, Giorgio; thank you very much! This is truly a super juice! We can certainly trust Armani to come up with simple yet undoubtedly absolutely perfect creations. On me, this is a floral fruity with pear and patchouli dominance.. There is an occasional wonderful whiff of saffron and ginger throughout the day. Pear is always seems stronger when ginger is a companion. I can also detect a little almond sweetness here and there. The saffron is marvelously gorgeous (love the stuff!)!

Basically, Idole is an extremely unusual fragrance and for sure not mainstream. If you desire a fabulous scent, but do not desire a run-of-the-mill frag, this perfume is for you! ...Has to be tried; and then loved; and then adored! A collection must have for any serious parfumnista!
