Havana by Aramis for men

This fragrance is quite strong.! It's very aromatic and sort of spicy. What I don't like about this fragrance is that it has this scent component of the "women's perm."smell to it, just like "Xeryus" does and also "Azzaro". This seems to have very good longevity though.

This fragrance may be a re-formulation now.? I'm guessing that because of the picture that I see listed above, which is all part of that "Gentlemen's collection" with the vintage fragrances by Aramis that are still in production.

The immediate opening of this scent presents a full bouquet that touches on a plethora of top notes, in particular a complex mix of zesty citrus, green anise, and a slight pepperiness. As this subsides, the heart of the scent becomes readily apparent - a rich spiciness of rum and pipe tobacco dancing with a woody musk. Underneath all of this lies a sweet vanilla and patchouli hiding in the background, as well as a light vetiver, oak moss, and myrrh.
This fragrance has a delicate interplay of warmth and coolness, of smoky musk and sharp green fougère, of light floral and subdued sweetness.
Longevity is exceptional, lasting all day, as well as a nice sillance that isn't too overpowering.
