First by Van Cleef & Arpels for women

On first application I was like 'meh, smells like Chanel No. 5', but then it started developing after an hour or so (still going strong four hours in) and it's really lovely! slightly bitter narcissus, light aldehydes, sweet and sumptuous honey, the earthy realness of civet - this is very well made. It's sweet but light, green, and really feels like a sun dappled enclosure in a peaceful wood. With some squirrels, some flowers, some leaves ... but you're not rolling in the leaves, just sitting on a fallen branch in your lovely white outfit complete with gloves. Mmm :)

FIRST of all, First is elegance to the max! It's like ultra feminine, rich floral soap that you will find in the most expensive shops in Paris and the likes. Crispy, dry, clean deluxe soaps with the smell of yellow narcissus and civet with a hint of oakmoss and hiacynth. What a perfume! It is neither artificial. frigid cold, or impersonal, but satisfyingly sophisticated glamor!

This EdP, as opposed to the EdT, is richer, thicker, and has less aldehydes. It is composed with added sweet honey. dried raspberries, and civet, that is not animalic, but gives it warmth and feels just like rich velvet!

It perfectly suits and decorates the contrasting styles of casual elegance, as the richness and fullness of these kinds of perfumes suggest! It's really only designed with grown up girls in mind, and is for everyday use and any occasion!

You are allowed to feel super special - whenever you want!

A classic soapy floral, very dense and complex. I admire it, but dock it one star just because I don't much like it.
