Maculine Floral

I would like this better if I didn't feel like all the notes of interest are drowning under a blanket of "synthetic male smell." The tuberose, grapefruit, and ylang show promise, but by the time the overpowering masculine scent on top has dried down, the floral notes have, too - leaving a weak impression of what could have been behind. I want to know what this mix of male notes is that is in every mainstream masculine fragrance I smell! It's so infuriating, the maleness of these fragrances drowns out anything of interest.
