A powerful, dark scent with a full bouquet that ranges from floral to earthy to woody to spicy. Immediately, the top notes that jump out are a sweet, floral lavender and zesty bergamot. They remain as the middle notes take effect during the drydown, lending a musky patchouli and woody spice. The base notes contain a wonderful aura of oriental leather, deep vanilla, and an exotic earthiness that stays around for a while.
The opening is very brash and loud, very "80s" and mature, with many sharp peaks that slowly subside to a much more desirable masculine aroma. It has excellent longevity and good sillance, though too much can be overpowering. This is definitely a scent that should be worn practically with a small splash, just so it hints on the edges without overwhelming the senses. A great nighttime scent.
