I read somewhere about a synthetic chemical that is often used in modern perfumery that has sort of a melon smell. I'm guessing that this perfume uses a lot of it.
It does smell much more aquatic than I would have expected, given the listed notes. An easy and safe scent for hot, sultry, summer days. -
