Boucheron by Boucheron for men

Smells like very strong soap. Uggh!!

I had to get a sample of this frag. after finding out about it having floral notes in it, plus what some others said on their positive reviews. What I get out of this frag. when I smell it, is a big blast of citrus and other aromatic notes in the opening. After that, the floral notes come out but in a good way. Meanwhile it's still quite aromatic. I like the smell very much. It's quite elegant and classy. The scent of this frag. just about wants to transport me to Paris,France. It also reminds me of some vintage womens' perfume from many yrs. ago. I'm talking about 1970's and especially before that. I'm not sure where or when you would where this.? Maybe best on special formal occasions.? I think this is a Spring/Summer frag. To wear in the night(maybe).? or you could especially wear this in the day. My guess is that this frag. isn't for everyone,but I recommend giving it a try if you like citrus/florals. This is one frag. I may consider buying in the future and put it in my collection.

I have known people that have had this fragrance in their collections since it was released. It seems to be one of the few scents they repurchase when finished with a bottle. That says something right there, don't you think?!

They say that the citrus top notes are marvelous, and as the fragrance warms up, reminds them of being in a flower garden. It has a woodsy and incense-y dry-down - that I can attest to...superb! They also say that a little goes a long way and that they can actually still smell it on their skin the next morning upon awakening. I like when that happens to me too - that's a great perfume indeed!

Maybe I should give Boucheron a try myself! YES, I shall!!
