Ange Ou Demon by Givenchy for women

This parfume gave me a headache almost instantly. This is an overpowering scent. There is way too much saffron in this. It is also somewhat soapy. I did not enjoy this scent at all. I tried to scrub this off several times, to no avail. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Nice vanilla notes warm this scent up. good.

I really like this, although I think it might be better if there wasn't any oakmoss. I don't liek oakmoss.

It is, indeed, incredibly sweet. But also spicy and exotic. The mandarin orange gives it a little punch, and the florals are dreamy and just dripping with sweet vanilla. The woody notes really anchor it and give it that notable sensuality. What a perfect name "Ange ou Demon" (Angel or Devil) - it's so versatile. It seems to perfectly conform to how you decide to wear it. A playful, sweet and feminine daytime fragrance? Sure! A seductive (perhaps naughty) nighttime perfume? Absolutely!

It's a complex and spellbinding chameleon of a scent. I disagree that it's strictly a cold-weather scent. I'd wear this any time of the day, any time of the year, it's incredible!

I am currently testing a vial I received from myperfumesamples.com. I have to say, I am just a tad bit disappointed in the sillage of this perfume. Other than this, it smells great but its a bit of a skin scent. I can still smell a very faint trace 3 hours later.. I'm looking for something that projects a little more.

A small bit goes a long way, smells strong and wears long. Needs a few minutes to develop. Delightfully sophisticated. Be careful to not put on too much, has a delicate balance, one drop takes it from awesome to overbearing. I like to use this scent to give an extra kick to other scents. I'd like to see more perfumes with tonka bean, genius. Captivating.

I like this one, but I adore Givenchy's quality of perfums.

First, let me give you a notes breakdown: sweet freshness are the top notes - mandarin, white cumin, and saffron. These open the way to the opulent floral heart - strong lily with casual Maxillaria orchid and exotic ylang-ylang. This trace is dominated by - creamy rosewood and dense oak moss absolute. To finish off this composition - powdery and sensual tonka and vanilla. HEAVEN!

Gorgeous saffron (just love it) and vanilla are this fragrance's star players! I also adore the Brazilian rosewood that reminds me of sandal, hipnotic, truly captivating making it a sublime warm, inviting oriental. Also, for me its dualistic nature makes me feel nostalgic and extremely romantic! I smells so fabulous! This is a really great perfume, and I just adore it!
