Everything I hoped for
by Yambo on Jul 7, 2016
This was my first sample of a Thierry Mugler scent and I absolutely love it. I chose this one first because I do tend to like citrus colognes, but many are disappointing. This however gives off a beautiful creamy orange/tangerine vibe that does not smell synthetic at all to me. Then the drydown has a nice mild coffee and caramel that is very appealing. I plan to buy a full bottle of this one.

This one is good. nice clean creamy smell. cinnamon, vanilla light patchouli and soft orange. awesome one.
Not what I expected

I don't get any citrus scent from this. It smells like a coffee/caramel blend that is just too heavy for summer. I think it might work better in the fall. Longevity is good, though.

All I could say when I first smelled this way wow! Smells good enough to eat. The drydown reminds me of the original. The name and bottle fit perfect with the notes. Pretty amazing.

I get that deep caramel like smell that I'm sure is what the original angel men have, but not much zest that it claims. It's there, just not as strong as a expected.

This is my new signature cologne. I love the blood orange...it smoldered on my skin all day. Everyone wanted to know what it was.

After wearing this about three times, I have already gotten lots of inquiries and compliments. It is just the right strength without leaving a trail and has just the right level of orange citrus (not too sweet or bitter) and mint.
A nice citrus
by Jason on Nov 17, 2015
Definitely a more unique citrus out there due to the A Men DNA in it. More unique then some of the redundant flankers they seem to release every year too. Does smell a bit synthetic though, I prefer another orange dominate scent over this which smells much more natural but doesn't project as much. If you're in the market for a powerful citrus scent I could see this as a good choice.
Angel Men with orange

This is basically a lighter and "safer" version of Angel Men, with added orange. It is very similar to Angel Men, but definitely more versatile. I like it better.
A*Men + Citrus
by Dylan on Sep 16, 2015
I had higher expectations than I probably should have going in, but I was still a bit disappointed.
It's a little too similar to the original A*Men, but it definitely does feature a nice orange peel added note. That note doesn't stick around for the length of the drydown in my experience though. I liked the smell a lot, but I don't really see much reason to get it over the original A*Men considering the price difference. However, the citrus might make it more wearable in the summer. I wouldn't wear this in the high heat, though.
