Agent Provocateur Maitresse by Agent Provocateur for women

Maitresse opens up sharp and crisp (the aldehydes?). It retains the crispness, but the sharpness is soon replaced by powderiness. This is likely due to the iris and suede; though to me, it doesn't smell "like" iris or suede. They do seem present, but not prominent.
I smell some white florals, but they don't seem done in the same way that white florals often are. They're neither delicate, nor loud; nor skanky, nor clean. They're just "there," and nice. They're musky and powdery. Vegetal, during some phases of this perfume's development, and powdery. It is mature and serious, but not stuffy. I'm not sure if it smells sexy or not (compared to Eau Emotionnelle), but it is nice and I like it quite well. I think it will be very nice to wear in the soon-coming springtime months.

I actually liked the scent, its floral- but soft and warm. Not as good on clothes, it needs to have skin contact to get the amber and musk notes! My biggest issue with this is that fades way too soon when wearing it as a perfume. My favorite use is to put it on before bed... more like a body spray.
