I didnt get any of the mentioned notes, no chocolate, hazelnut, coffee... I do get cinnamon and pine. I wouldn't have got it if these were the listed notes, but now I quite like it even though it was not what I was after. It feels christmasy. Smooth masculine. Good longevity and sillage. As a female I only need a little tough on my wrists, on my neck it becomes too much.

Chocolate vibe but smooth

Such a great scent. It has been hyped up for a reason. Love this in fall and winter. It's creamy and slightly sweet, yet stays masculine.
Nice fall/winter fragrance

I really like this scent for fall/winter. It's a nice hot cocoa smell, but the longevity is really poor.

Very gourmand and very sexy. I really like it but the drydown is a little too boring compared to what I was expecting out of the top notes. For some reason this slightly reminds me of Thierry Mugler Angel but made for a man.

This is a great fragrance from Valentino. Somewhat similar to the original that I wore years ago. I always got compliments from co-workers about the original, now I want to see how this one will fair as a work cologne. This is the second time I've purchased this sample.

nutty, chocolatey, YUM! hint of limey citrus just makes it even better. i really appreciate that the drydown doesn't merge into the doughy amber that is so common these days. it holds together and stays warm and lovely. i find this unisex.

This reminds me of something very familiar I can't put my finger on. It's okay, I got this for my brother. At first it's really strong and smells like chocolate but then it dies down into a gentlemen's smelling cologne. I don't know what that first note is! But if you try this you'll get what I'm talking about, it's so familiar; I wish I could figure it out!
Reminds me of "Heritage" by Guerlain.

This fragrance reminds me of "Heritage" by Guerlain. It smells nice but very high class and elegant. It's sweet and what I can't pick out with my nose is the chocolate, coffee, and hazelnut notes. I'm kind of discouraged about that.
