  1. I didn't order

by Peggy on Jun 8, 2016

Not a great first sent, wouldn't have ordered.
  2. Wait a minute

by Alishia on May 25, 2016

I smell that chemical smell also, but to be honest it faded very quickly and left me with a nice slightly sweet rose. This is one of my favorites for layering and one of the only Jo Malone's I can wear alone. It doesn't last very long but you're going to have to get used to that if you love this brand.
  3. Average rose

by Alicia on Feb 9, 2016

This the perfume that made Jo Malone famous. It surprises me. Although i don't smell anything synthetic or chemical, but a natural rose scent, there is nothing special in this fragrance. i completely agree with the reviewer who said that the Perfumeur Workshop's Tea Rose is nearly identical, and with better sillage and lasting power. Indeed.
  4. Just ok...

by ASHLEY on Dec 18, 2015

Not a fan of the minty notes. This one is just ok.
  5. Pretty Rose

by Laura on Jul 1, 2015

If you're looking for a pretty, linear rose fragrance, than this one is it. I find it to be a beautiful, natural rose scent - not overly sweet and I don't find the "chemical" issue the other reviewers are mentioning. The only problem with this one is the price. If you want something a little more affordable, try Perfumer's Workshop "Tea Rose" for an almost identical scent with much stronger sillage and lasting power.

You could smell wild rose bushes in their. But the chemical smell was overwhelming.
  7. Rose

    by T on Oct 24, 2014

Good rose scent, nothing more or less.
  8. Red Roses

by Stacy on Aug 27, 2014

Oh this one was awful. You could definitely smell rose, but the chemical smell didn't go away..
  9. the 'real deal'

by VerbenaLuvvr on Jul 12, 2013

An intense, mature and long-lasting rose fragrance. One spray at a time is quite enough as it is potent. The best rose scent I have encountered.
  10. Like a fresh bouquet

by Jlroberts on May 8, 2013

I was afraid to order this perfume for two reasons: it might smell too mature for a thirty-something woman, and strong floral scents give me a headache. However, I am extremely pleased with this scent. It smells very light and fresh, and does not bother my head at all. But it fades quickly, which is the reason I docked it one star. Despite that, I still recommend this fragrance to anyone who wants a fresh rose scent.
