Red is Better

I sampled Red, Blue and Black. Red was awesome. Black is terrible. Blue is in between Red and Black.

Pretty descent smell and performance. A very clean smell.
Clean And Sporty
by Rick on Feb 15, 2017
If you like sporty fresh clean smells then you should like this one. It's nothing special but it smells nice enough.

Good stuff I think its one of Ralph Laurens best scents.

A definite 'NO', I would make my partner scrub this off. Far too sporty and "windy" for my taste. Also seemed to lack an anchor, nothing in the base brought it in focus.
Generic summer scent

Nothing special about this one, but it's certainly not bad. This is best suited for very warm weather.
Try it on your skin
by Colin on Mar 26, 2015
All that I get from Polo Blue is patchouli, pepper, and some type of woodsy notes. There is supposedly melon and cucumber notes there but I can't find them. I've smelled this cologne on other people and it seems different than it is on me.
Even if you've smelled this on other people, try it on yourself before you buy a full bottle.

This is a summer scent. Everyone seems to have this scent, because I smell it too often. It is fairly typical and has become generic.

Suede, woodsy notes, and a bit of cucumber and melon make this cologne sexy, young, and masculine. Girls are very attracted to this scent, which makes it great for dates. It fades fast, though. I remember this cologne smelling slightly different when it was released. The cucumber, melon, and water notes were more pronounced then and I wish they still were. Despite the change, it still comes close to my idea of the perfect men's cologne.
