This perfume is a really good nighttime perfume. Totally love it. Very classic scent. It's strong and long-lasting, without choking everyone within a 2 mile radius.

Paloma Picasso is not for the faint of heart or for those with a sweet tooth. This is a classic chypre, very dry and complex, for a sophisticated lady. In my opinion it is a perfume for the colder seasons of the year, and for chypre lovers.

Such a lovely respite from all the sickly sweet perfumes of the diabetic age we live in. Spicy and dry with a lot of mystery. Lush woods and oakmoss. This is for a woman who is not afraid to be different or take charge. I like it but am too much of a wimp to wear it.

Classy, sophisticated, and florally-crisp - that's Paloma Picasso in a phrase! I find it spicy, dark, and heavy in a sophisticated and very complicated way.
I recommend "SEXY" heavier scents like PP be used in moderation. It definately stirs the emotions! Paloma Picasso is a fragrance that requires its occasions! Be picky!!
AND BTW, the dry-down is an absolute dream scent - strong woody oakmoss, velvety civet, and gorgeous tobacco! You should wait for it properly, because you will be rewarded! WAIT FOR IT!!

This is a very classy and feminie fragrance! I expected something sharp and a bit more aggressive, partly because of the strong bottle appearance, but it actually is warm and soft. All of the flower notes become dominant after a few minutes, and this fragrance transforms into something similar to an expensive flower bouquet someone would offer you in appreciation of just being you! The opening might frighten you a little with the sharp notes, but don´t be deterred by that at all, because it changes in a very short while - you will be surprised with a true classic and a must-have for your perfume collection! Very classy indeed!
Sexy without being overpowering

I don't know how I got my original petite sample bottle, but one day when I was looking for something new to wear I took this out and fell in love. I wondered where had I gotten it in the first place and in the second place, why hadn't I been wearing it all along? Of course, I only had a small replica bottle, but now I've got more and I have a large sample spray so that I can carry it with me when I go out. It doesn't remind me of anything in particular - just a smooth, sensual French perfume, which I find are the best for in the long run. Even when I reapply, it's not too heavy but it stays softly on your skin for quite a while and my husband actually commented on it! He doesn't usually do that, so I know he really liked it.
