I dint like this at all. As soon as I put it on it smelled like trying to cover up sweaty pits. Even though I had just taken a shower in 32 degree weather. It was unpleasant to say the least.

Gucci Guilty is a lovely lilac fragrance. I also detect a spicy pepper and some fruit notes which helps keep the pepper from over powering the fragrance...it helps give it a more creamy base which is nice. Guilty is unlike any fragrance that I have smelled...I find it quite unique. The downside for me is that I find it has a powdery-ness that I don't really like.

There's nothing special about this floral fragrance, and the longevity is weak.
by KE on Feb 13, 2017
This perfume has an addictive quality to it. The lilac and patchouli mixed with the fruit notes are lovely. I would consider it to be very nice as a mainstream perfume goes. It is a bit synthetic, but so are most perfumes, and does not smell overly so. Lilac is the most prominent note. I recommend this to people who like floral-fruity perfumes!
Guilty by Gucci for Women

Love this so much! I think the Patch is nicely done and it lasts for 6+ hours on the skin. This one is too good to pass up!

I don't know why people rave about this perfume it smelled old to me
All lilac, not much else
by Sharon on Jun 10, 2016
At first sniff, all I could smell was lilac. It took several minutes to develop into something a little more complex. That being said, I think this is a pretty scent, but it doesn't really stand out as unique. It is a little sexy, or, perhaps sensual.
by Amber on Jun 10, 2016
I really enjoy this perfume. It is classy and bold and not for a shy woman. I love the spicy notes.
by Jessica on Jun 9, 2016
This isn't an unpleasant scent, it just doesn't have anything that makes it stand out. For me this scent would be better with less Amber and patchouli...it's a bit spicy for my taste. Plus the heaviness of the patchouli and Amber completely crush the beautiful, delicate pink pepper note I have come to love and appreciate in florals. There's a touch of that warm spiciest, too, that reminds me of classic scents (read: old woman perfume).

After smelling this on another woman I had to purchase because it was so enchanting. Gucci guilty truly smells like money; if you want to smell like you spent a fortune on your perfume buy Gucci guilty. It is heaven
It was ok

I actually tried this for a couple days and I wanted to love it but there's a weird spice smell on the drydown that I can't deal with
Lovely, but not my scant
by Melinda on Jan 11, 2016
I'm not sure what I was expecting from this fragrance, but it was quite different than what I experienced. Don't get me wrong, its a delightful fragrance and I would order it again. It's a little spicier than I had anticipated.

I wear this sometimes. It smells good, but is a bit strong. Not for everyday wear.
Guilty - Subtle but sexy
by Rose on Sep 26, 2015
Guilty has a very subtle smell yet very sexy. Not to intense and not weak but just right. The first time I smelled this perfume I had to have it and you will too!
Gorgeous Gucci Guilty!
by Laura on Jun 30, 2015
I first notice the mandarin and peach notes along with the pink pepper. After a while, the fruit dries down and the lilac comes out to star in the show while retaining a soft version of the opening notes. Just Gorgeous! The only problem with this fragrance is the longevity and sillage aren't great. If you want a stronger, longer-lasting version of this you may want to try the intense version, otherwise, you'll be reapplying throughout the day. I wouldn't call this a "fruity floral" - it's a floral with some fruity support, but it's so much more than a lilac perfume and I enjoyed all the layers of this scent!
Lovely but not unique
by Brenda on Jan 23, 2015
Like so many modern fragrances, this is lovely, but not distinctive. Unfortunately, it also doesn't last long on my dry skin.
by Jade on Jan 21, 2015
It's not as potent as I like but is subtle and sexy. A nice floral and obvious female scent. It's not something I would wear everyday but it's nice. It will be interesting to compare this with gucci guilty intense.
by Niko on Oct 13, 2014
I mainly get flowers, like a lovely bouquet of flowers. I suppose Lilac dominate.
by Dawn on Dec 25, 2013
Everything from Gucci seems to have a strong scent and smells pretty similar. This one isn't much different. Its a strong fragrance that mellows out throughout the day. It is pretty well layered.
not for me
by VerbenaLuvvr on Jul 12, 2013
Ingredients did not jive for me, had an unnatural sharpness that was bothersome. Almost more like a men's fragrance.
Guilty as charged!
by Nichole on May 29, 2013
Guilty has a soft lilac and powdery smell but it's wonderful!
I wear this perfume during the day and also for a night out for dinner.
The smell is beautiful and not over powering at all. You may have to reapply around late noon if you've been wearing it since early in the morning but it's def. worth it.
by Frida on May 8, 2013
I really love this. At first an explosion of liliac for me with a hint of pepper and then later a creamy down-note. The longlivity is strangely different every time I try it. It does stay nice on your clothes everytime though!
