How to Redeem a Coupon Code / Free Gift Offer
If you received a coupon code and would like to redeem it, simply follow these steps:

1. Add items to your "Shopping Cart" until you are ready to checkout.
2. On the "Shopping Cart" page where you have the option to "Proceed to Checkout", enter your code exactly as it appears in the box labeled "Discount Codes".
3. Click "Apply Coupon" and your discount will be applied and listed as part of your checkout total.

Please keep in mind that most coupon codes and promotions cannot be combined. If you have a promotional gift in your cart (not including our free decant kit), please remove this item before entering your coupon code. If you are still having trouble entering your code, please contact us before placing your order so that we may add it for you.

How to Exchange an Item / Order Returns
We guarantee each fragrance to be 100% authentic fragrance decanted from the original bottle, however, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction for the actual fragrance itself. Therefore to ensure zero product tampering and to guarantee each product shipped is authentic, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are considered final.

Defective items and/or damaged products can be returned for a replacement if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. To report an issue with your order, please use our online contact us page as we require written confirmation of any damage. You will receive a response within 24 business hours.

We process orders Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm PST. All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail and delivery time depends on where you reside as well as other factors (including natural disasters or severe weather conditions). Generally the following delivery times are applicable:

Canada: 2-7 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8-10 business days
Europe: 7-10 business days

Due to customs regulations we are unable to ship to all countries at this time. As rules change, we do add countries to our list. If you country does not appear in the drop down selection when checking out, we do not ship to your country at this time.

Domestic Shipping - Tracking & Delivery Information

All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail and delivery time depends on where you reside as well as other factors (including natural disasters or severe weather conditions).

Order Changes- How do I add or remove an item?
To alter an order, contact our Help Desk immediately. Once a package has been queued for shipment, we will be unable to alter the order. Occasionally while the order is processing but before the package has been sealed we can make a requested change. Although we cannot guarantee that the change can be made once you contact us, we will make every attempt to honor the request of the order has not yet been packaged and shipped at the time of the request.

Please keep in mind that customers using PayPal, may need to reorder as we are limited in the changes we can make to PayPal transactions. Contact our help desk for more information and assistance regarding any change you would like to make.

What size are the samples? What do the samples look like?
MyPerfumeSamples provides an affordable online fragrance sampling service for consumers to try perfumes and colognes. Our samples involve a careful decanting process where liquid is transferred from 100% genuine fragrance bottles to sample containers of various sizes.

Are the samples Authentic? Are they the same as in a store?
Yes all of the products showcased throughout our website are 100% original brand name fragrances. We only carry genuine brand name perfumes and colognes. Absolutely NO imitations or knock-offs. They are the same exact fragrances as those you'd buy in a store decanted from the original bottle of perfume. Each item is guaranteed so if you ever receive a product that's defective or damaged, we'll replace it at no cost.

Many perfumes and colognes are available in a variety of concentrations. Different concentrations can vary in scent. Smelling a fragrance at a store in the eau de parfum concentration will smell different than that same fragrance in the eau de toilette concentration. We carry many fragrances in a variety of concentrations. You can view the concentration in the "Details" section when selecting your fragrance.

How can I use a gift card?
To redeem a gift card, log in to your account at Within your customer account click on the "Gift Card" tab on the left. Enter your voucher code within the "Gift Card Code" box and click "Submit". This will add the gift card to your account. You may any number of gift cards to your account. They will all be saved within your account until you use them.

When you are ready to apply a gift card to your order, scroll to the bottom of your shopping cart. Enter the gift card code that you would like to use on this order within the "Gift Card" box and click "Apply". This will apply the selected voucher to your order.

The gift card voucher must be added within your customer account before you able to apply it to an order.

How do I place an order or manage my account?
It's easy to change your account information online, at any time. From your account dashboard you can view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information. You must first sign in by simply clicking My Account to access your account. Select from the available links to view or edit your information.
