Masculine, yet Soft
by Hope on May 17, 2017
The first blast smells like the best shampoo you've ever smelled, and then it fades to good smelling shampoo. I get a good bit of lavender but not the harsh side of lavender. I think one might need to give it several sprays to get it to project. This isn't anything I'd go crazy over, but it does smell pleasant. I wouldn't be able to wear this myself, but maybe some women could get away with it. The price is nice, and that could make a difference. (I oftentimes don't wear the perfumes I love most because they are so expensive, and I reach for the less expensive stuff without hesitation.).... a few hours later, still getting a nice shampoo smell. :)
Reminds me of High School
by Denette on May 16, 2017
This was my signature in high school! It is a clean, crisp, unisex fragrance that has a surprisingly long longevity for what it is...a clean fragrance. The main notes that I detect are lavender, musk, and sandalwood, but I get a lovely green citrus blast in the opening. Even though I don't reach for it, I do like to keep a bottle around for nostalgia sake.

A nice fresh scent from the 90s featuring lavender and fruity notes on a musky sandalwood base. Inoffensive and well refined. It could definitely use more projection and longevity!

I had this in the 90's and it's such a fresh sporty scent. I must buy it for my collection.
girl loves it

I rate this a 3 JUST because it does not last on me for very long at all - I'm lucky to get two hours...however! It is such a nice, fresh scent. Jealous of all the people who can wear this and have it last!

its a nice refreshing scent

I found it to be a little on the feminine side. Wasn't super fun, new, or interesting and that's after retesting it recently. I knew quite a few people who used to wear this.

Another one by CK that smells cheap.
Pleasant, low key

Soft sandalwood, light and fresh. The lavender sticks around with a mildly medicinal note. I was complimented in it by an older gallery director which was nice. I see it as a genuine unisex - a lot of unisex aromas work well on me as wood sweetens up whereas white flowers like lily-of the-valley often smell a bit too clean soapy and harsh
An average fragrance for men or women

CK be is a cologne I wore in college in the 90s. It could be worn any time throughout the year. While it isn't going to offend anyone, it also isn't going to get lots of compliments.
It's a fresh clean scent of florals and musk that isn't too feminine for men. On me, CK be doesn't last very long and it's basically a skin scent.

I really like unisex fragrances because i hate really sweet or overly floral scents. This one tends toward the feminine so it's perfect for me. Really fresh and lovely smelling, similar to the Cartier fragrances I adore. I can't believe it's been around this long and I never tried it. A new favorite!
To be or not to be

This scent smells refreshing and relaxing - comforting actually! Extremely clean! I mostly sense white musk mingled with lavender and a bit of sandalwood. Every so often, I detect magnolia and peach. This fragrance is perfect for any occasion and will not offend anyone I suspect. Not many compliments may be given, but that's OK. I've even heard some people say it reminds them of fabric softener/dryer sheets, but always in a bad way. You'll smell fresh and feel confident knowing that!
CK Be is one of those perfumes I turn to when I cannot figure out what to wear for the day! It's just plain safe - nice and fresh!
