A rose without thorns.

I must say I'm not a huge fan of rose scented anything, but this perfume won me, it's rose no doubt, not imitation, it lasts long into the day, wears well on my skin and I will not hesitate to buy again.

I wish this would be more powerful. It comes off as being a little aquatic on me.
Bvlgari Rose Esse

I bought this because it had 4 stars but omg. This is the worst perfume and it absolutely stinks . Smells like old potpourri from my great grandmother's hope chest.

My husband gifted me this for my last Birthday and I really like it. A day time scent for sure well suited to spring. On me this fume sits close to the skin and stays for a decent amount of time. A great inoffensive work scent.

This is a gorgeous scent, my fav of the range, it reminds me of something that a sweet young flower girl would wear.

More fruit than rose
by Alishia on May 23, 2016
The opening is a very soft rose and the rose disappears too quick. I mostly get a too-strong fruit smell that kind of taints the rose. It didn't last very long and was exactly the same as I remembered it. I can never find that true rose I've been longing for.

It's amazing the range of styles you can experience from the basic rose. This is probably the lightest type - pretty, fresh, nothing surprising.
It will suit women who prefer perfume that's subtle, light and fairly conservative. It's more tea rose than lush, deep turkish delight rose, very English rose basically - with a touch of lemon or apple tartness. Like a tea rose presented with your morning tea with a slice of lemon, served on antique china. Elegant in its understated way, but very simple
More than Rose

When I first tried my sample of Rose Essentielle, I was SO disappointed and thought it was a powdery, "old lady" perfume. I was comparing it to other, more linear rose fragrances and it wasn't until I looked to see what the main fragrance notes were that I had an, "A-ha!" moment. I could immediately smell the violet and blackberry that were right there in the forefront with the rose and it all made sense. Now I get it, I love it, and I'm off to spray more of it. Just "take note of the notes" - it's not a strong, singular rose perfume - and if you like these top notes, happy shopping!
Light and Feminine

I've always been a fan of Bvlgari's subtle scents, and Rose Essentielle is no exception. It captures the femininity of a rosy scent without any overbearing sweetness. I always get compliments whenever I wear it. A great fresh, clean scent for everyday wear.
