Meh... Try CK One instead
by Stephanie on Dec 16, 2016
This was a blind buy for me - it was my first and last. I always sample first, but based on the reviews and the fact that I'm always looking for scents that I love that can be worn anywhere to any occasion without being offensive. I found it at a great price and based on the reviews, I thought it might find a nice place in my collection. I was wrong - this is not interesting and just doesn't smell very good. For a bottle to find a place in my collection of full bottles, it has to make me say "mmmm" when I smell it. This one made me say "meh". Sold it. (For more than I bought it for, so can't complain). I would recommend CK One instead - it's similar but butter, and cheaper to boot.

I bought this on a blind buy - my only one. I wanted something that would work for a variety of places - something clean and fresh and inoffensive. Based on reviews I read I thought this one would fit the bill. I found it at a good price and went for it. There's nothing interesting about it and it doesn't smell very good either - not offensive just not good. It's dull and just falls flat for me. For a perfume to make it to a full bottle in my collection, it has to be versatile but also make me say "mmmm" when I smell it. This one just made me say "meh". Just sold it on ebay (for more than I bought it for so can't complain).

Among Bvlgari's Eaux de Thé, this one seems to me the less satisfactory. It is clean, but not original. Artemisia, tea and musk with a good amount of spices conform a pleasant cologne, of little longevity. Although unisex, it tends to the masculine side.Personally I will continue wearing and buying Eau Perfumée au Thé Vert. in my opinion, a masterpiece.
Not for me

This leans a little more towards the men's side. Its soft warm but not unique and too masculine oor my taste.
Smells like CK One
by Betsy on Jan 13, 2016
It has been years since I have smelled genuine CK One (though its knockoffs in the form of car air fresheners, etc., are still ubiquitous), but it has the same fresh, somewhat salty notes present here. Au The Blanc might be a little more complex and mature than CK One, but maybe not.
Both are pleasant, but because of Ck One's Icon Status, I can't say Au The Blanc is original or groundbreaking in any way.
Another that smells very similar is Dior's Escale di Pondicherry.

Too spicy for me.
Fresh clean white tea
by Colin on Jun 3, 2015
A beautiful mix of white tea and musk. Bvlgari Au the Blanc opens with some crisp citrus and dries down to a refreshing tea with a slightly powdery musk.
This fragrance has no projection and is basically a skin scent. I'm not sure if every guy is going to be able to pull this off but if he didn't like it, I'm sure a woman in his life would love it.
Good for the right use

Too feminine for me, not sure if this should be classified as unisex. I would like to smell this as a scin scent on a woman though, white tea and soap smell with some spices a well.
Soft yet Unique

I really like this scent. It is very soft, not too floral, very clean smelling, lasts an ok amount of time.

I find myself choosing this a lot. Great for any occasion. Pure, like a spa. Fine for the workplace, a nice white tea.
